Watersound Beach is the new kid on the block when it comes to planned communities in the 30A area. It’s becoming very popular with families for it’s quiet, laid back atmosphere and prime location. The bridges, dunes, and winding boardwalks are extremely picturesque and the homes there have impressive details and privacy.

The Jullienne family came all the way from Hong Kong to visit the Beaches of South Walton. I particularly loved their mix of dark blue, chambray, and khaki with white. I’m looking forward to working with them and their extended family for many years to come!
