Ah! Finally. I’ve come back to post Brittany and Kevin’s wedding photos! Brittany and Kevin traveled from Texas for their destination wedding at the Santa Rosa Beach Club. Brittany was a beautiful bride in her gorgeous beaded, sweetheart neckline gown. Their wedding party was so sweet and lovely to work with and included Brittany’s youngest sister who was just darling in her custom matching bridesmaid’s gown. The girls got their dresses from JCrew and they were able to order extra matching fabric to have her sisters dress made! After a terrace ceremony, everyone went down to the beach to make a wish and toss their shell into the Gulf while the great staff at the Santa Rosa Beach Club quickly rearranged the terrace for their outdoor reception. Brittany and Kevin’s cornelli-lace cake and Boston Red Sox grooms cake came from Fatty Patty’s. Thank you Kevin and Brittany for letting me be a part of your day!

In case you can’t already tell… I have NO time to blog this summer! Just getting everything out on time takes up about 18 hours of every day right now. Fall is around the corner though, so expect me to start spitting out blogs of all the great sessions and weddings this summer when the air cools off and my crazy schedule cools down with it.
Today I wanted to share some photos from Brittany’s bridal shoot. We went out a few days after the wedding to grab a few more shots of Brittany in her beautiful gown and came out with some beautiful images. Tomorrow I’m going to hopefully find some time to blog the wedding as it’s long over due (along with a ton of others!).
This week was a little crazy because my proofing system really started fouling things up around here, so I have a brand new proofing gallery and cart system and I’m already hearing how wonderful it is from the few clients whose galleries have been posted to it. There are a ton more choices, tools, and options that I know everyone will love!
Don’t be afraid to leave me comments on the blog… I would love to hear what you think if you happen to be cruising by!

I met Amanda and her awesome mom Kim early last fall and knew immediately that Amanda and Brian’s wedding would be fabulous and totally relaxed. With the help of Bella Flora, Amanda and Brian’s wedding went off without a hitch at the amazing Atypical beach house in Grayton Beach. Amanda, who was a positively beautiful bride, and Brian hosted their family and close friends for a beach wedding and courtyard reception with delicious food and a close-knit atmosphere. Fatty Patty’s provided the super cute cupcake tower and a cool ping-pong table grooms cake! I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with these two families and hope they continue to spend their most memorable days on our gorgeous beaches. Thank you Amanda, Brian, and your wonderful family and friends!

I’m such a bad blogger!
Well, we’ve been deep in the off-season here in Florida, so there has not been much going on. Starting this month though things should start getting busy!
In the meantime I managed to take off for a week to Las Vegas at MGM and attend WPPI which is the most amazing convention for wedding and portrait photographers from all over the world. The tradeshow was HUGE and I checked out all the awesome products available to offer my clients. I really enjoyed the classes as well, especially the class Jerry Ghionis taught on posing. He’s a phenomenal photographer and very entertaining teacher. The parties were a blast too! We spent the nights hopping from one party to the next. Becker hosted a super cool party in the Real World Suite at the Palms. We had a great time and met so many great photographers.
On Tuesday a group of us from the [b] school followed our fearless leaders, Chris and Allie, to the Neon Boneyard. Chris and Allie put together an awesome group of models, made sure they had clothes to wear, makeup and hair done, and organized all 35+ of us for the shoot. It’s probably going to take me two posts to blog my favs from the shoot! The boneyard was so cool… All the old signs collected from Vegas landmarks in one place. Check out the shots and tell me which one is your fav!
In no particular order…

More to come!!
What an awesome session!
When Kevin contacted me about getting some photos of his beautiful new bride in her gown, on the beach, I was really excited. The only thing I was worried about was the timing. They were on their honeymoon in Destin and checking out the next day, so we had to do it before noon! Noon, on the beach, in a white wedding gown seemed a little challenging, but we ran with it and I’m just thrilled with the results… Paige was absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for a more beautiful model.
Thank you SO much Kevin and Paige. Congrats on your new adventure together! I hope you love these as much as I do.
