Rosemary Beach is one of my favorite wedding venues. Kelsey and Chad chose to have hold their ceremony on in the courtyard and reception inside the beautiful Town Hall. Aside from choosing a beautiful venue, they made the brilliant choice of bringing on the super Jen’s (also known and Jen and Jen or Jen 1 and Jen 2) from It’s a Shore Thing Wedding and Event Planning. The Jen’s pulled together a wonderful team consisting of Celestine’s for florals and catering as well as Confections on the Coast, who made the perfect cake for their peacock accented day, and Meet the Press who performed all evening for Kelsey and Chad’s friends and family.
Wish you both the best in marriage, family, and your upcoming careers.
(Kelsey and Chad started medical school two days after the wedding!)
Erin and Jason were married at Palafox Wharf in Pensacola on a sunny Sunday this Spring. The second Erin put on her dress, I was in awe. I can’t say I’ve ever seen a gown fit so perfectly, like it was literally made for her. Erin and Jason decided that a little meeting between the two of them prior to the ceremony would be just what they needed. After that, we spent some time on portraits, followed by their ceremony on the deck of the venue. There were plenty of tears shed during their ceremony, which was beautifully sweet. The reception that followed inside was beautiful and filled with details, many of which were handcrafted by Erin.
Katie and Josh were married at Bentley’s on the Bay in Santa Rosa Beach. Their colorful blue and yellow destination wedding palette suited Katie’s personality perfectly. After their beautiful ceremony under the willow tree, Katie and Josh entertained their guests out under the stars on the deck at Bentley’s. Sugar Lilly Sweet Shop provided the amazing desserts on the dessert bar. The cake pops were SO good that I ordered a few dozen a couple weeks later for my little boy’s birthday party. I highly recommend everyone try the brownie pops. Amazing. Rachel Kozloff Events, from Katie and Josh’s hometown in Georgia, took care of pulling together all of the details and was a pleasure to work with. Katie and Josh honeymooned in the gorgeous Eleuthera, Bahamas!
Congratulations Katie and Josh!
Angela and Matt were married in the Rosemary Beach Town Hall courtyard, followed by a reception inside the Town Hall. Their families came from all over the country for their Destination Wedding weekend. The bride’s dress was a beautiful creation from a boutique in New Orleans. Angela is a talented graphic designer and she designed all of the amazing paper details for their “big day”. Of course I loved that she made a special second line parasol for Matt… Matt works for NASA, so his parasol was a decked out, hand painted solar system! One of a kind, for sure.
Angela and Matt… Y’all really pulled together a fantastic event and I wish you an equally fantastic marriage.
Joanna and Brett were married in Seaside, FL at the charming Seaside Interfaith Chapel. Joanna’s hair and makeup were perfected by stylists at Rolland’s Beauty Bar in Seaside. Purple details were intertwined through their classy, formal, destination wedding affair. That evening, Bud and Alley’s hosted their outdoor reception, overlooking our famous white sand beaches. The weather, typical for an April wedding, was spectacular. Congratulations Dr. and Mrs. Person!
