30A Photographer – Hall Family

Young families are always a joy to photograph. As a 30A photographer, I get the honor of seeing some families year after year and watching them grow. The last time I photographed the Hall family, they had just one little boy. This time, they brought along their latest addition, a baby sister!

Small children bring so much energy to the beach and to a photo session. It’s incredibly important to keep in mind that with so many things to see and do on the beach, this age group will be much more delightful if mom and dad let go of the expectation of having posed images with everyone looking directly at the camera. Those days will come, far too soon. But for now, let them be little.

They run and play. We chase them and rescue them from knee deep water. They end the session with sand in their hair, mouth, nose, and probably in yours too.

You’ll notice that the Hall family brought along grandparents who hopped in for a few quick photos as well. Let us know if you’ll have grandparents along so we can make time to photograph them with the little ones too.
